She earned a vocal performance music degree with a minor in theater from the Wheaton Conservatory of Music in Wheaton, IL. Ms. Rebecca, a licensed, early childhood-development specialist, and musician uses her talents to reach individuals in the community through teaching and performing. Her strong desire to facilitate learning in children was the impetus in connecting with Kindermusik International since 1997 Orff I certified, and currently studying Dalcroze hoping to be certified by 2019, but currently incorporates Eurhythmics in all her classes. She continually creates and improves her own curricula and creating other young child curricula for young children including The Beat Band Boogie, Piccolo Piano Paws and The Little Singing Symphony vocal curricula.
Ms. Rebecca also continues to teach piano and voice as well as educate the community on the incredible affects the arts have on children’s cognitive, physical, social, emotional, and musical abilities. Contact Rebecca for a proposal for a program that specifically suits your schools need or for speaking engagements on the benefits of arts and child development.
